Tim Hewson

Tim is a storied business leader with experience in telecommunications, e-commerce, business management, and more. Since graduating from the Loughborough University of Technology in the UK with an Honours degree in Human Factors, Tim has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a telecommunications consultant and Business Manager. Presently, Tim has accumulated over 26 years of experience helping people write their Will and other estate planning documents, currently pioneering the estate planning industry by making these services accessible and affordable for everyone.

Henry Raud

Henry is an experienced executive with a career that spans over 30 years in PC, telecommunications, and software development. Since graduating with an Honours Computer Science degree from the University of Toronto, Henry has held several technology and executive management positions in multinational corporations, delivering many complex software solutions. Henry joined forces with Tim in 2000 to form PartingWishes Inc. where he oversees all website and software development activities, as well as managing the financials of the corporation.

Jessica Houle, LL.L., J.D. is a bilingual Franco-Ontarian Wills & Estates lawyer with over a decade of experience helping Canadians navigate estate planning and administration with clarity and care. She holds dual Civil Law and Common Law degrees from the University of Ottawa and leads estate work within her boutique wills and estates firm. Jessica is deeply committed to community education, access to justice, and making estate planning more human and approachable.

Rene Dare is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience. Trained as a Systems Engineer, he brings deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, security, and scalable platform design. As Director of Technology at LegalWills, Rene ensures the platform meets rigorous reliability and security standards while delivering an intuitive, user-centred experience through complex legal workflows. He is driven by a belief that technology should serve people and expand access to essential legal services.

Darcy is an entrepreneur, marketing/communications professional, and Canadian Armed Forces Veteran. She started her boutique digital marketing agency in 2013 and has been working with LegalWills since 2019 as their marketing and media lead.

Brad is an attorney practicing in estate planning and probate. For the past 25 years he has been advising clients on the various options for setting up an estate plan, with the goal of preserving their estates and limiting tax liability.

Alexandra Belanger

Alexandra has over 10 years of experience in corporate commercial law and employment law. She joined LegalWills in 2020 and provides customer support to guide customers through the company's various services.

Shipping Operations Lead

Vivian Raud

Prior to joining LegalWills, Vivian enjoyed a rewarding career as an elementary school teacher. She has been with LegalWills since 2018 and supports shipping as well as other operational activities. She is a music lover and lives by the saying "music is the voice of the soul".
